I love the Mango Lassi, but in France it is hard to do because the principal problem is Mango, it is difficult to find good Mangoes. In India restaurant in France or at Dublin, it is good, may be they have of better Mangoes than supermarket. An Indian friend  Tanusree give me a  Punjabi Lassi Recipe (To see video below) I Bougth in a delicatessen a green Cardamome  in capsules , in my region, I dont find in supermarket.
