I did a Punjabi Lassi

I love the Mango Lassi, but in France it is hard to do because the principal problem is Mango, it is difficult to find good Mangoes.

In India restaurant in France or at Dublin, it is good, may be they have of better Mangoes than supermarket.

An Indian friend Tanusree give me a Punjabi Lassi Recipe (To see video below)

I Bougth in a delicatessen a green Cardamome in capsules, in my region, I dont find in supermarket.

I did the recipe, and I like, it is good taste.

The second video below it is to do other recipes Paan, dab, chocolate, kairi, kesar pista, mango lassi flavors, but I dont try again.

Cardamom is very good in a traditional Indian tea too

The 2024 Olympics Games at Paris does it have to be cancel or postpon ?

Instead of knowing if we should receive Russians and Belarusians at 2,143 km (as the birds flies) there is war, the deportation of Ukrainian children to Russia, of  bombings, women, children killed........ It is as if Japan does JO in 2020 during the strongest moment of Covid 19. And you think seriously that the Japan already done the JO if there had been the war between China and Taiwan, I think no. The JO is the peace and the friendship.  Tell me how to do with a war in gate of Europe ? With the inflation, the war..... The difficulty of finding sponsors, because the companies have other to think in this moment. There never was  JO with an important war on the continent of  host country. Then I think to postpon wlll be the best  if at  the end of 2023, there's again the war.
